What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a list of medications and relevant medical information, your insurance or CDCP details, and any questions about your oral health. Tell us if you need help transferring records or if you have accessibility or comfort needs.
Do you offer direct billing?
Yes. Ethos Dental Studio offers direct billing. Please provide your plan information before your visit so the team can discuss the billing process. You remain responsible for amounts your plan does not cover.
Are financing or payment plans available?
Please contact our team to discuss current payment arrangements and whether financing is available for your proposed care. We do not list unverified providers, rates or approval terms. Request a written treatment estimate before making a decision.
